Once I Upload Information to Owl, Who Owns the Information?

You own all the practice data you put into your Owl account. As a service provider, Owl works for you to store and make accessible your practice data in ways that help you be more efficient. This means that you always own your information, and Owl is just holding on to it for you acting as a custodian.

Furthermore, Owl is designed to allow you as a practice owner to access and download your practice information from Owl whenever you'd like. Simply use one of the many Data Exports at any time to export your information from Owl for whatever reason (e.g. downloading your client list; year-end accounting; computing therapist payments).
