Client Portal - Customize "Your Booking" Title
We've added the ability to customize the title of the Booking page on the Client Portal, so you can adjust it to suit the needs of your practice and your online booking protocols. As a practice Owner, navigate to Settings > Client Portal > Booking to change the title. If you sign in to your client portal as a client, you can see what the new title looks like on the "Book Now" page.
Restrict un-signing notes to Owners only
Currently, any Therapist that has authored and signed a note has the ability to un-sign it and continue modifying the note. In order to provide more control over your clinic's record keeping, we've added an additional option to the Therapist Settings menu to restrict un-signing of notes to only users with Owner-level permissions. By default, this option is set to "Yes", ie. any therapist who authored a note can un-sign it, so that there will be no disruption to your current workflows. Be sure to check this and other Therapist and Admin Settings options to ensure the users at your clinic have the appropriate permissions.
Dashboard
This enhancement is currently only available to Beta customers. Target launch date for all customers is February 13, 2024
Some customers who have been with Owl since 2013 may have noticed the 2024 practice stats were not showing in your Dashboard, despite having marked attendance and collected revenue this year. We've added some additional colours to our database so that all the years will be displayed as expected and won't be repeated for ease of use.
Forms
When configuring custom forms for your practice, you have the ability to mark certain questions as required in order to submit. When you do so, the questions are marked with a red asterisk (*) as the client is completing the form, and the system will not allow them to submit until all the required questions are completed. Despite being marked as required, some agreement and signature components may not have shown the asterisk, causing confusion for clients. This has now been resolved, reducing form submission issues.
US Insurance
Only show claim-ready clients
In order to create a claim for a client, certain profile conditions need to be met, such as Client Coverage on file, Client Diagnosis Code, Client Date of Birth, and Client Full Address. Previously when creating a claim from the Workflow section, all clients would be available to select in the first step of the claim flow, and would then cause an error in subsequent steps if information was missing. We've adjusted the logic so that only claim-ready clients will be available to select, reducing the chance of error later on. If you don't see a client that you are trying to file a claim for, check their client profile to ensure all the necessary information is present.
Additional ICD-10 codes
This enhancement is currently only available to Beta customers. Target launch date for all customers is February 13, 2024
We've added the following ICD-10 codes, allowing you to claim more types of services.
