Is Group Edition Right for Your Practice?

Our Group Edition product is designed for practices that meet two criteria:

1. All client payments are deposited into a single bank account (not multiple individual accounts), AND
2. All clinical records are "owned" by the practice, and not by individual therapists. This means the practice itself maintains the responsibility for maintaining clinical records, rather than each of the therapists individually (sort of like a hospital).

If your group is set up this way, then the Group Edition could be a good fit for you. If you're more operating as co-located individual practices, then it is likely better that each individual therapist have their own Owl account.
