The Name dropdown includes a list of medications belonging to the following Categories:
  • Antipsychotic
  • Antimanic
  • Antidepressant
  • Anti-anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Other
You may type in the medication’s name in the Name text box to quickly locate it within the existing list or click on the down arrow key to open up the drop down. The options show both the trade name and the generic name. The trade name is always shown first with the generic name shown in [parenthesis]. Selecting the name of the medication will also prefill the Category text box with the correct category the medication belongs in.

If the medication you would like to track is not included within the existing list, you may also type in the medication’s name in the Name text box, then select the Create option to add it in.
